Fain Anderson VanDerhoef Rosendahl O’Halloran Spillane, PLLC (FAVROS) is seeking motivated attorneys with at least 5-6 years of litigation experience to join our trial lawyer team!  FAVROS is a preeminent trial firm and the largest medical defense firm in the northwest. We represent health care providers of all disciplines, as well as the largest health care facilities throughout Washington, in both litigation and licensing issues.  FAVROS also has a thriving non-medical defense practice focused on catastrophic personal injury. 

FAVROS is looking for candidates interested in joining the top trial lawyers in the region. The top candidates will have at least 5-6 years of litigation experience, including a civil defense background, strong writing and oral skills, and a desire to become a skilled trial lawyer.  FAVROS attorneys work together in a positive and collaborative setting designed to maximize each attorney’s skills for their benefit and that of our clients.

Initial annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Associate attorneys are also eligible for both subjective and objective annual bonuses, benefits that include health, dental, and disability insurance, annual paid time off of 18 days or more depending on experience (plus at least 11 holidays per year), and a firm contribution of 7% of salary to a 401(k) plan after one year of employment.  FAVROS also offers the opportunity for remote work based upon experience and mentoring needs.
