Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen is seeking full-time Associate Real Estate and Associate Litigation Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience to join our well-established firm. We offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys, handle meaningful and challenging matters while growing within a respected and expanding firm.

Associate Real Estate Attorney
What You'll Do:

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title review and risk assessment
• Assist senior attorneys on complex and high-value transactions
• Communicate directly with clients, brokers, agents, and lenders
• Manage multiple transaction files from opening through closing

Associate Litigation Attorney
What You'll Do:

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial
• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel throughout litigation matters

Requirements

• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently while contributing and communicating effectively as part of a team
